Q:  When working with my calendar, I like to look up a contact’s record before I call someone.  I always click on “Lookup” and then select last name, but then I have to page through all of the “Smiths” to find the one I want.  This takes too much time!
RSS:  Just right click on any calendar entry and select Lookup Contact.

Q:  I need to send a mailing to a group of people, but there are a few people in the group I don’t want to send it to.  I have been printing the whole list and then throwing out the extra letters, but I hate wasting paper.
RSS:  Lookup your group, then check Enable Tag Mode on the Contact List view.  Click on the names of the people you do not want to get the mailing, then click Omit Selected.  Now complete your mail merge and print your letters.
